What should I do if I received faulty or incorrect items?

Provide images of the item and your order details, and we'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. If the product is faulty, we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost and cover the postage. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing once your return is received.
